Strong Currents is excited to announce a strategic partnership with GovConBids, a technology-enabled, AI-forward business development firm supporting the growth of small and mid-size government contracting companies.
Through this partnership, I will serve in a multi-faceted leadership role spanning Operations, Client Success, Strategy, and Executive Coaching, working closely with GovConBids leadership and client companies to strengthen their business development approaches, improve performance outcomes, and support leaders as they scale their businesses with clarity and intention.

This includes strengthening execution models, improving clarity across teams, and ensuring operational decisions align with long-term strategy.
Client Success
Client success is not just about delivery—it’s about outcomes. I work closely with leadership teams to ensure that success is measured through clear, relevant KPIs, strong feedback loops, and continuous learning. The goal is to ensure clients are not only satisfied, but measurably stronger as organizations.

Growth requires focus. I help firms clarify where to play, how to compete, and what to prioritize—moving away from reactive decision-making and toward intentional, evidence-informed strategy. This includes supporting strategic growth roadmaps that align market opportunity with internal capacity.
Executive Coaching for Owners and Leaders
